Coastal

With forty percent of the world's population living near a coastline, Coastal is hardly a trend and is largely inspired by global coastal regions as well as our own paradise here in SW Florida. Our favorite Coastal design elements include a relaxed color palette adorned with rich, natural finishes, spectacular ceiling and trim details, and functional outdoor living spaces created for the perfect "staycation". Whether your coastal style leans towards the clean, white sandy beaches of Cape Cod or the earthy, tropical islands of the West Indies, our deep understanding of the coastline is showcased in our wide range of completed projects below.

Contemporary

Contemporary lines are sleek and clean, focusing on the constantly evolving present day moment. Our favorite design elements within contemporary projects have neutral palettes, a use of mixed metals and materials and organic, abstract textiles.

Transitional

The main intent of designing a Transitional space is to bridge the gap between a traditional past and a contemporary future. Considered to be the most timeless style offered, the furnishings our designers prefer are classic with a twist, allowing room for the light fixtures, textiles and artwork to be more unexpected. With this delicate balance, the color palettes of our favorite transitional homes have a rich, neutral foundation and feature layered textures and patterns throughout.

New Traditional

Classic, symmetrical lines meet unexpected colors and patterns in the new style that is truly livable luxury. Our clients that prefer New Traditional break all the old rules while maintaining a fine balance of formality and comfort. The importance of layered details is an understatement when describing this style full of luxe, polished materials and deep saturated colors. Our favorite New Traditional images house our iconic ceiling details, flawlessly planned spaces and jaw dropping custom upholstered furniture and finishes designed to stand the test of time.

Drafting

CAD transformation begins with a rough hand sketch. From there, hardlined 2D drawings are created that project not only the design intent but also refined scale and incorporated material selections. The final step is the production of a complete set of construction drawings for the builder that contains all the information necessary to build your dream home.
